Reservation Information
- We accept cash and/or check only.
- A 50% deposit is required in advance of your reservation being confirmed.
- Deposit will be returned, less a $10 processing charge, if reservation is canceled two weeks in advance of start of stay date.
- If notified less than two weeks before start of stay date, deposit will be returned, less a $10 processing charge, only if cabin can be re-rented.
Policies
- Due to the nature of this historic structure and our insurance requirements, we welcome children over the age of 16 only.
- Pets are not permitted and smoking is restricted to the front porch and outside areas.
- The house is not handicapped accessible.
- Use of real candles is prohibited.
